By downloading, installing, or using Raster AI Studio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is developed and maintained by Raster Compute Labs ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
You retain full ownership of any photos, images, or other content you create or edit using the App. We claim no rights to your content. Since all processing happens on-device, we never have access to your content.
The App uses on-device machine learning models to generate and modify images. Outputs from AI tools (including AI Fill, Style Transfer, AI Relight, and AI Erase) are generated locally on your device. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and must comply with applicable laws regarding generated media.
The App offers the following optional auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store:

The free version of the App provides access to all tools with a limited number of free AI operations. Additional uses can be earned by watching optional rewarded video ads. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
The App requires specific hardware to run its AI models. We are not responsible for the App failing to function on unsupported devices. Check the Support page for current device requirements.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raster Compute Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the App does and does not collect. The App does not send any data to third-party AI services — all AI processing happens on-device.
