Which devices are supported?

Raster AI Studio requires iOS 17 or later and at least 6 GB of RAM. Compatible devices include iPhone 14, iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max, and iPads with M1 or later.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. All AI models run entirely on your device using Apple's Neural Engine and GPU. The app works fully offline — no data is ever uploaded.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

Never. Photos are processed in-memory on your device and are never sent to any server. No account is required to use the app.

What's included in the free version?

Every tool is available for free with daily use limits. AI-generated outputs include a small watermark. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited use and no watermarks.

How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?

Open Raster AI Studio on your new device. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will restore automatically. If it doesn't, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases".

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, then select Raster AI Studio to cancel.

Why does the app need access to my photo library?

The app needs photo library access so you can open photos for editing. All editing happens on-device — your photos are never uploaded or shared.

Processing seems slow on my device. What can I do?

AI processing speed depends on your device's chip. Close other apps to free up memory. Some tools (like Style Transfer and AI Fill) are more demanding than others. Processing typically takes 5–30 seconds.

The app says my device isn't supported.

Raster AI Studio requires at least 6 GB of RAM to run the AI models. Older iPhones (iPhone 13 and below, except 13 Pro/Pro Max) don't have enough memory. Check the device requirements above.
